FSIFSIGetting more out of every drop of petrol.FSI ® technology is employed in the Audi A7 Sportback. In FSI® technology, the fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber and atomised into a fine spray. This way, the fuel - metered to almost droplet precision - can be called upon the millisecond that the engine requires it. Ths means better utilisation of fuel and ultimately reduced consumption.

3.0 TFSI Engine

The all-aluminum Audi 3.0 liter TFSITFSIAudi was the first manufacturer in the world to combine petrol direct injection with turbocharging in large-scale car productionTFSI ® V6 engine benefits from the combination of FSI direct injection and supercharging to create impressive torque generated over a wide range, making full power usable at any speed. FSI combined with supercharging allows Audi to achieve V8 power and torque with the efficiency of a V6.

2.8 FSI Engine

The 2.8 FSI produces 150 kW and 280 Nm (206.52 lb-ft) of torque at 5,250 rpm. The torque is available from 3,000 to 5,000 rpm. Audi pairs this engine with the S tronicS tronicFaster gearshifts, sportier driving: the S tronic combines the sporty characteristics of a manual gearbox with the advantages of an automatic.S tronic transmission and quattro®quattro®Vorsprung durch Technik: quattro® technology stands for permanent power to all four wheels distributed between the front and rear axles.quattro® permanent all-wheel drive. The Audi A7 Sportback 2.8 FSI quattro sprints from zero to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 8.3 seconds and has a top speed of 235 km/h. It consumes just 8.0 liters of fuel per 100 km, which corresponds to only 187 grams of CO2/km.

2.5 FSI engine

Audi A7 30 FSI is equipped with V6 2.5 FSI engine. The enormous power reserves of this engine accelerate the Audi A7 30 FSI from 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds. The large-capacity 6-cylinder unit, despite its high power reserves, makes do with 8.5 litres of fuel per 100 km.
